VISION -

To cultivate communities of leaders who are set ablaze through intimacy with God (Luke 24:32), purified through His Word (John 17:17), and empowered by the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:4–11). We are committed to deep discipleship (John 8:31), as we are transformed together (2 Corinthians 3:18).

MISSION -

We exist to disciple and empower like-minded believers—especially leaders—through authentic fellowship, in-depth study of God’s Word, and the active practice of spiritual gifts. Our mission is to encourage, equip, and ignite those who seek to know the Lord more intimately and impact others with His truth.

RADICAL DISCIPLESHIP -

At the heart of Salted with Fire Ministries is the call to Radical Discipleship—Learning to partner with God in everyday life, including trials, hardship, and seasons of change and view them as opportunities to grow. Following Jesus, counting the cost, and living as true salt and light in the world. Radical discipleship is not casual Christianity, but a life marked by transformation, surrender, and impact. It means allowing God’s loving discipline and refining work to purify us, so we become living sacrifices, seasoned and preserved for His purposes.
